Refund Policy

At Nehemiah Country Store, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nehemiah.bussiness@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Change of Mind Returns We accept change-of-mind requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we confirm the return with our fulfillment partner, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Personalized, custom, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
